Getting started
Can I download Inkling yet?
Not yet. The Inkling apps for Android and iOS are coming soon. Once the app is live, the download link will be on our home page and on the Play Store.
How do I sign in?
With your phone number. Inkling sends a one-time code (OTP) by SMS; enter it and you're in. No password to remember.
What's a pen name?
The name you write under. You pick it when you join. After 20 posts, your writing becomes searchable on Google under that name.
Writing
Can I post long poems, or only short quotes?
Both. Inkling is for everything from a one-line quote to a long poem, plus haiku, micro-tales, letters and shayari. Use the size and alignment controls so longer pieces sit well on the card.
Which languages are supported?
Write in any language. Fonts cover Latin, Devanagari, Urdu and more.
Who can see my drafts?
Only you. The free plan keeps 3 drafts; Plus and Pro keep as many as you like, with folders.
Plans & AI
Is the free plan really ad-free?
Yes. No ads on any plan. Plus and Pro pay for the extra tools.
How is the AI share calculated?
Inkling counts the characters the assistant inserts. If you edit or delete them, the count updates. The label is shown on every post.
Can I switch or cancel?
Every account can try Plus or Pro free for 7 days, with no payment details. When the trial ends you go back to Free and keep everything you wrote. Paid subscriptions open when the Android and iOS apps launch.
